We do not provide refund on any product sold.
Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement.
If you would like to have a size exchange for the product you have ordered or if the product is damaged, please inform us within 7 days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at email@example.com with Order number, Name, Address and Phone number, the issue that you’re facing/size change requirement and images of the damaged product. Our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of exchanging the product.
We request you to please assist them if they ask you for further information or photographs to access your return request. Once you have mailed us, we will arrange for return pickup and please ship out the pieces when the logistics team contacts you for pickup.
Nawra reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used. All products to be returned must be notified to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 Days of receipt of your order and dispatched within 7 working days of the receipt of the order.
